Motif: the gable of the alter partition found in the ruins of the church in the village of Uzdolje near Knin dating back to 895. Four Croatian 9th century dukes - Trpimir, Zdeslav, Branimir and Mucimir - are known thanks to the inscriptions on the stone tables mentioning their names found mainly in Dalmatia. Mucimir was the youngest son of the duke Trpimir. Immediately after Mucimir took the power in 892, his donation was made dealing with the clashes concerning legal validity of the 852 grant of his father Trpimir dating back to 852. Trpimir endowed the Archbishopric of Split with the St. George's Church with all the estates (serfs included) situated in the locality of Putalj to the detriment of the Bishopric of the city of Nin. At the same time, one tenth of the fruits from duke's possessions around the city of Klis came to the Church of Split. At Trpimir's death the political impact of the Church of Split declined while the Bishopric of Nin reasserted their claims in that territory. When the duke Mucimir ascended the throne the archbishop of Split complained against the bishop of Nin. Mucimir listened to both parties and opted for the claimant, the archbishop of Split. The rights granted by Trpimir's donation were confirmed in the new donation. The day after, the duke and his escort placed at the main altar of the Split cathedral this stone table which reasserted all the claims of the Archbishopric of Split. This is how one of the earliest written legal documents in Croatia came to be. The stamp was printed in sheets of 25 pieces each. HPT put on sale the envelop of the first day of issue and a commemorative sheet.
