Philatelists who wish to obtain a particular commemorative cancellation which will be in use, should send their mail items several days before the starting date for use of that commemorative cancellation together with in advance written address and paid postage (affixed postage stamp of the Republic of Croatia), to the address of the post office of application of that particular cancellation. The address or the accompanying letter must indicate the cancellation desired:

„For the commemorative cancellation – 200 godina OŠ u Fažani“

Also, a sketch (design) showing position of the commemorative or regular stamp cancellation is welcome.
The service is free of charge.
Only postage is paid for letters weighting up to 50 g (0,47 € in national and 1,14 € in international traffic) or for postcards (0,47 € in national and 1,14 € in international traffic).
If additional services are requested (priority mail, registered mail etc.) the postage price can be calculated at: http://www.posta.hr/cjenik-on-line and the postage stamp should be affixed accordingly.
