Buying at our ePostShop is simple and intuitive. By navigating through ePostShop you can reach particular topics. The topics are arranged in vertical and horizontal menus, and the chosen link leads you directly to the information desired. At the top of the page there is a horizontal menu with main content categories of the website. Vertical menu is on the left side and it is organised by types and categories of products. By means of an advanced search in the header of the home web page a direct access to product by its name or code is possible.
On internet website www.epostshop.hr you can shop in two ways:
1. as unregistered guest user
2. as registered user
The safest way of purchase is as registered user, which also offers further options:
1. faster ordering and payment
2. order status check
3. overview of earlier orders
4. user account data change
5. password change
6. storage of additional delivery addresses
Registration
At home page www.epostshop.hr click “Registration”. I you have already registered please click „Login“. In the window which opens at ePostShop page write your personal data, read General conditions and mark that you agree to them. In the end click “Send”. If your data have been entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation of registration per e-mail you stated. By using your e-mail and password you can at any time access your user account and your data. If you are a legal person, in the registration process you will be required by the system to register as such and to fill in the data required for sale to legal persons (OIB - Personal Identification Number of VAT payer).
The purchaser is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her user account – user name, password and other personal data – as well as for access rights to his/her PC. You accept liability for all activities undertaken by use of your user name and password.
If you do not want to register, after choosing the product and adding it to your basket end you purchase clicking at „End your purchase“ and then mark in the menu offered: „Proceed as guest purchaser “.
Basket / Purchase
You make your purchase by clicking “Add to basket”. You can add or remove products from your basket. The prices of products in your basket are daily updated. You end your purchase by clicking “End your purchase”. Next page will inform you about the way and price of shipment. By clicking “Proceed” you will find yourself on the page Information on payment where you will choose the way of payment depending on you preferences. Upon payment and order sent to the e-post address you will receive the receipt for the accomplished purchase, and you will be able to check the content and status of your purchase at any time on your PC. Please keep the received e-message since you can be requested to provide information from the message. If you do not receive this e-message please contact us at e-post address: epostshop@posta.hr so that we could find and confirm your order.
Way of payment
There are three ways of payment.
1. You can pay by credit cards: American Express, Diners Card, MasterCard and Visa.
2. Payment per offer (advance payment – general postal money order / payment order or Internet banking). When you want to pay for the product offered, you can make your Internet order and choose your payment option – payment per offer. After you have chosen the products you want to order and after you have sent your order to e-mail address you will receive an automatically generated offer with the amount due. Your order will be checked by administrator. The goods are sent after the payment has been registered on our account.
Payment through SWIFT transfer – if as a customer from abroad you wish to make a payment for an offer you can make a foreign currency transfer at the premises of your bank or through internet banking to the business account of Croatian Post Inc with Croatian Post Bank, stating as follows:

For your information the bank commission for foreign currency transfers are minimum 6.00 EUR and maximum 500.00 EUR. If you mark the charging option OUR, your bank will charge you its own commission and the commission of HPB (Croatian Post Bank).
